The key component of the club program was the website. Not only was it important that the site be branded as the club portal, but it also needed to be easy to navigate with updated content and relevant information to encourage frequent returns to the site. Special attention was given to the usability of the site so that members could find discount categories at a glance as well as relevant information about the home purchasing process.
