Giving workers the opportunity to transition from a fixed pension plan to a 401K exposes them to new choices and new ways of thinking. In order to make this transition smoother, we developed a retirement education brochure. The brochure's concept revolved around images of what is possible for retirement, while walking through the steps people need to take to achieve their goal. |
