Jennifer Eis
President
Jen is insatiably interested in life, and brings this curiosity to every engagement. Keeping promises with herself and others is of paramount importance. As is doing her very best. This approach to life and business has served her clients well. And earned her the respect of those who work with her.
Jen brings 11 years of marketing and agency experience in almost every aspect of marketing. Her experience includes account and strategy management, project management, media planning, operations, and finance. Jen’s ability to understand the marketing business from many perspectives gives her the ability to manage each aspect of our work effectively for our clients. She is known for her ability to make quick decisions and successfully manage expectations and timelines that keep everyone happy and in the know.
Marc Eis
Creative Director
Marc strives to create work that exudes personality, honesty, and brand appropriateness. He approaches the creative process in a very disciplined and comprehensive way. Ensuring that the work is not only right for the brand, but also helps drive forward its business strategy.
Marc brings over 15 years of experience in brand development across all media. His experience ranges from interactive and corporate identity to general and direct advertising. He has the unique experience of both design and advertising, which allows him to approach the needs of each client holistically. Marc has been working as a creative director for 10 years. During this time he has developed campaigns that have successfully launched national products and others that have directly generated significant new business for many companies.
Kara Nichols
Strategy Director
Kara is an accomplished brand strategist, business cultivator and team leader whose 20 years of experience spans multiple continents, cultures and industries. Her expertise in writing and strategic information design began at the University of Missouri School of Journalism and has led her through her career in international public affairs, brand strategy, innovation strategy, and media product design & development.
Kara has worked in markets as diverse as Kenya, Hong Kong, Tel Aviv, London, Milan, Washington, DC and San Francisco. She has worked with American Express, Ogilvy & Mather, Studio Archetype/Sapient, Siegel & Gale, Excite, The London Evening Standard and US Congressman Richard Gephardt. Clients include Hallmark, Discovery Communications, Kodak, Philips, Thomas Cook, Bank of America, NCR, Palm. 3Com, and SF Film Society.
